Who is responsible?
Rcybersecure operates this AYNSCOPE website and is responsible for the processing described here. For questions about personal data, contact the email address below. This notice applies to website visits and demo requests.
Rcybersecureinfo@rcybersecure.comWhat information do we use?
When you request a demo, you provide your name, email address, company and any optional message. Your name, email address and company are required to handle the request. Without them, the form cannot be submitted. Do not include passwords, camera footage or sensitive security information.
Website requests also transmit technical information such as your IP address, browser information and requested page to the server. The form uses a request identifier, submission time and, when enabled, a security-check token to prevent abuse. Language, theme and cookie choices are described in our cookie policy.
Cookie policy →Why we use it and our legal bases
We use demo details to respond, arrange the requested demonstration and discuss your requirements. Where the request concerns entering a contract, this is processing necessary to take steps at your request before a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)). For other business inquiries, we rely on our legitimate interest in answering relevant correspondence (Article 6(1)(f)).
We use technical information to deliver and protect the website and prevent spam and duplicate messages, based on our legitimate interest in a functioning, secure website (Article 6(1)(f)). Remembering optional preferences across visits relies on your consent (Article 6(1)(a)); you can withdraw it in Cookie settings. Your demo request does not subscribe you to marketing emails. We do not use these details for automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.
How long is information kept?
We keep demo correspondence for as long as needed to answer your request and complete the related follow-up. Continued storage must have a purpose, such as an ongoing business relationship, a legal obligation or handling a dispute. Request deletion if your inquiry is finished and further storage is unnecessary. The website does not automatically delete emails from the inbox or provider systems; those records need to be managed there.
The website’s rate-limit records expire after 15 minutes and use a hashed IP identifier only if a trusted IP header is configured; otherwise a shared counter is used. Resend’s duplicate-message key is retained for 24 hours. These limits are separate from email retention. Browser-storage durations are listed in our cookie policy. Provider logs and backups follow the applicable provider’s retention arrangements.
Your rights under the GDPR
Depending on the circumstances, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing and a portable copy of data. You can object to processing based on legitimate interests. You can withdraw consent at any time without affecting processing that was lawful before withdrawal.
Email your request to our privacy contact. We may ask for proportionate information to verify your identity; do not send a copy of your identity document unsolicited. We normally respond within one month. If an extension of up to two additional months is necessary because of complexity or the number of requests, we will explain this within the first month.
You can complain to the Dutch Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens or the supervisory authority in the EU country where you live or work or where the alleged infringement occurred.
